Could Bridget Regan Be Wonder Woman?: (SF Universe)

Bridget Regan Fans Create Petition For Wonder Woman Audition: (MTV)

Is Bridget Regan The Ultimate ‘Wonder Woman?: (Sci-Fi Scoop)

Bridget can be the only 'Wonder Woman': (Mancouch)

Enter Bridget Regan, from Legend of the Seeker fame. To me, she looks to be the best for the role. Usually, when the subject of casting Wonder Woman comes up, the major issue is that whoever you throw in the hat, you'll have to sacrifice some important quality that would make a convincing Wonder Woman. For example, you can find a woman who is a genetic anomaly---blessed with an Amazonian body to die for, but she will lack in the facial department. Another example is having the most perfect face for Wonder woman, but the body wouldn't be up to snuff.

Bridget, on the other hand, seems to have the complete package. She's beautiful and she's not starving herself.
...Look no further, my friends. So, whoever suggested Bridget Regan on those boards gets a massive cookie.

Whoever...because I'm not going back there. Too many pages...slows down the computer. If you do want to check it out, it's a good read. Just about all the blokes there are nice. Seriously, if you can get away with saying ,"enter actress name here looks better than Megan Fox" and not get flamed, you're around friendly folk.

Wonder Woman almost got off the ground in 2005 with Joss Whedon's script, but Joss walked away from the movie in 2007 citing different visions for the film and things have been relatively quiet on the Wonder Woman front since.

Almost every actress ever has been rumoured to be under consideration to don the coveted lasso and boots (that's probably not an exaggeration), from the amusingly of-the-times (Mischa Barton in 2004) to the April Fools-y that tricked an embarrassing number of prestigious news sources (Kate Beckinsale) to the obvious yet inspired (Lucy Lawless). When Joss announced we was leaving Wonder Woman he hinted that his favourite contender was in fact Colbie Smulders.

The Warner Bros Wonder Woman animated feature came and went without too much fuss, but recently the live action rumours have returned with a vengeance, with Megan Fox being rumoured and debunked, and now Bridget being suggested by fans.
